Production Academy Job Shadow

Hundreds of RPS 205 high school students got a chance to participate in a junior job shadow experience in September. This unique opportunity allows them to explore real-world careers in fields such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction Trades, Transportation Technology, Aviation, and Welding.

Participating students visited and learned from professionals at renowned local businesses and organizations, including:

Through partnerships with local businesses, students gain valuable insights into their fields of interest and practical experience that links schoolwork to the workplace. Many pathways also offer opportunities to earn dual credit, articulated credit, or industry certifications.
